As LA HTA expanded its apprenticeship and pre-apprenticeship programs, the organization’s need for a reliable, integrated system to track participant progress, training outcomes, and employer engagement became critical. 

Previously relying on a standard Salesforce setup combined with spreadsheets and paper forms, LA HTA faced significant inefficiencies in data entry, reporting, and case management, leading to fragmented information and challenges in tracking multiple apprenticeships and job placements. 

Additionally, LA HTA needed a streamlined process for managing ongoing participant relationships, tracking progress across various training stages, and assessing eligibility for new training opportunities. 

They sought a system that could easily accommodate both their complex training programs and employer partnerships, ultimately leading them to Launchpad.

  • Efficiently manage participant data - from intake through program completion, improving data entry time via integrated forms and reducing the number of steps for each task. 
  • Track apprenticeships and job placements in real-time, with each placement tied to an individual participant record, including job type, employer, and training stage.Improved security of sensitive information, including case notes
  • Leverage reporting and dashboard capabilities to gain instant access to metrics on participant demographics, training completion rates, and job placements. This leads to faster, more informed decision-making and targeted support. 
  • Integrate business services CRM, allowing LA HTA to manage employer relationships, track employer engagement, and organize partnerships with over 175 contributing employers.

The platform’s flexibility also enabled LA HTA to integrate with external tools like Dialpad, which tracked communication between participants and case managers, helping to streamline follow-ups and improve the efficiency of case notes and status updates. 

This feature allowed staff to capture essential data points, significantly reducing administrative burdens and enhancing engagement with participants and employers.
